Digital Product Policy

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This policy exists because:

• Digital files are delivered instantly

• Products cannot be “returned” once accessed

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchase made in error

• Technical issue preventing access that we are unable to resolve

Any exception is granted at the sole discretion of Second Act Systems.
